Everything we do lives under one integrated flagship program — Lingkod Kapayapaan, our "Service of Peace." Through its nine connected sub-programs, we bring peace into the everyday lives of communities across Mindanao. Our work flows through three core ways of serving:
1. We educate and connect — nurturing peace literacy, cultural understanding, and a new generation of youth volunteers.
2. We listen and reconcile — opening safe spaces for dialogue, recovery, and healing.
3. We serve and sustain — meeting real needs through clean water, learning spaces, livelihoods, and humanitarian care.

OUR PROMISE
As a grassroots, community-led organization, we believe communities know their own needs best. Our role is to walk with them — offering presence, skills, coordination, and care, never imposing solutions from the outside. To us, "Add Peace" means adding peace together: through shared learning, shared service, and shared hope.
Education opens doors for our young people, and gender equality makes sure women and girls help lead. Clean water restores everyday dignity, while decent livelihoods help communities recover and stand on their own. Sustainable communities give families a future, and climate action protects our island and coastal homes. At the heart of it all, peace, justice, and strong institutions hold a cohesive society together — and we get there by reducing inequalities and building partnerships every step of the way.
